M.A.S.A - MushlinSimon Architecture and Management
Established by the two architects Hila Sara Simon and Eyal Mushlin.
Architecture: The firm focuses on architectural planning, specifically on residential buildings, architectural construction and plan No. 38 on all types of buildings for preservation in Tel Aviv and its surroundings. The planning stages are carried out in an open-dialogue with the client and those involved in the project in order to reach quality and functional planning without compromise, and full realization of the building rights. Every project receives full attention throughout all stages, accordingly.
Management: From a broad perspective and an in-depth familiarity with the planning and execution processes, the firm is involved in the management and supervision of projects as the representative of the client. The process consists of the formulation of the initial program, the management of the planners' team and the contractors' tender, close supervision of the execution, the budget and the schedule until final delivery to the customer.
